When is the Meat done?: Aiming to have most everything ready at 2pm and it coming off all day long until 8pm

Are you doing orders or do I just get everything in a box? We will scrounge stuff up for when you get here, you are going to want to call/text in a few minutes before you arrive (will have a good process here soon so come back to this site (gooberjive.com) tomorrow shortly before you arrive).
